Wine and Design Event - 28 Feb 2026
This past weekend was one for the books! My charcuterie mobile cart had the absolute pleasure of serving our signature snack cups at the Wine & Design event hosted at the stunning Copperleaf Ernie Els Club—and what an incredible experience it was.
From the moment guests began arriving, the atmosphere was filled with creativity, laughter, and the clinking of wine glasses. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Ernie Els-designed course, the event brought together music lovers, wine enthusiasts, and foodies ready to indulge—and our snack cups fit right in.
Our charcuterie cups were a hit! Perfectly portioned and beautifully curated, each cup featured a delicious balance of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, dried fruits, bread sticks & crackers. Guests loved the convenience of being able to snack while wine tasting and mingling, without compromising on flavour or presentation. The grab-and-go style made it easy to enjoy gourmet bites without interrupting the creative flow of the afternoon.
One of the highlights was seeing guests come back for seconds—and even asking about booking the cart for their own upcoming events. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many complimenting not only the taste but the visual appeal of the setup. The mobile cart added a charming, interactive element that elevated the overall experience.
Events like this remind me why I started this journey in the first place—to bring people together over beautifully crafted food. Being part of such a vibrant and organised event at Copperleaf was truly an honour.
